IQ/OQ - Lab Series Steam Sterilizer (Part 1 - Document)The STERIS Installation Qualification/Operational Qualification (IQOQ) Serviceis designed to provide the documentation and testing necessary to complywith the appropriate regulatory requirements for validation. This serviceincludes a detailed equipment and site-specific document. This Part 1 -Document requires the Part 2 - Execution to be purchased additionally.Modifications to the structure and/or content of our standard documentationare available for an additional charge. STERIS requires that a minimum ofthree (3) weeks’ notice be given to the responsible Service Manager to allowfor scheduling of personnel. Prior to commencing with this service, STERISrequires that the equipment be fully started-up and operational. In addition,all of the necessary utilities must be available and operational withoutinterruption for the duration of the IQOQ.
